Confidence Testing
Most commercial occupancies have systems that require periodic testing, such as automatic sprinkler systems and fire alarms. They may also be required to file periodic reports, such as SARA Title III hazardous materials inventories.
The FireManager's confidence testing section allows you to register these requirements and automatically notify the business owners when deadlines are approaching. These notifications can be sent via fax or email automatically, or the system can simply prompt you to notify the customer by phone or postal mail.

Notifications are tiered and each one can be worded differently. For example, a friendly reminder can be sent to the responsible party 45 days prior to the deadline. |
A more forcefully-worded message can be sent 15 days prior to the deadline if the documents have not yet been received. A final notice can be sent 5 days prior to the deadine. If the test results have not been received by the deadline, additional notifications can be sent to your personnel for action.
This automated system can save your staff hundreds of hours. But, more importantly, it provides a customer-friendly method of helping the business owner comply with code requirements and make his or her business more safe.
In addition to notifications, the confidence testing system also allows you to track test results and chemical inventories. You can simply drag and drop the scanned documents right into the test results screen form.
